1. 我们收集或处理的信息

当您使用虚拟出镜相机时，App 可能在设备本地处理以下信息：

• 相机画面：用于预览、录制视频和生成最终导出视频。
• 麦克风音频：仅在用户录制视频时用于录制声音。
• 相册写入权限：仅在用户选择保存导出视频时使用。
• TrueDepth/ARKit 面部追踪信息：包括面部表情系数、头部姿态、面部位置和追踪状态，例如张嘴、眨眼、微笑、眉毛运动、鼓腮、嘟嘴以及头部旋转。

App 不会收集 Face ID 模板、生物识别身份模板、面部识别标识符，或任何用于识别、认证用户身份的数据。

2. 面部数据与 TrueDepth API

我们使用 Apple 的 TrueDepth 和 ARKit 面部追踪 API 在设备本地处理面部运动信息，例如面部表情系数、头部姿态、面部位置和追踪状态。此类信息仅用于在预览和视频录制过程中驱动虚拟头像动画。

我们不会使用 TrueDepth 面部数据来识别、认证、画像、追踪或辨认用户。我们不会创建或存储 Face ID 模板、生物识别标识符或面部识别档案。

3. 我们如何使用面部数据

TrueDepth 面部追踪信息仅用于实现 App 的核心虚拟头像功能，包括：

• 驱动虚拟头像的面部表情，例如眨眼、嘴部运动、微笑和眉毛运动。
• 驱动虚拟头像的头部动作、位置和朝向。
• 渲染透明背景的虚拟头像视频层。
• 让用户预览并导出一个将虚拟头像叠加在相机画面上的视频。

我们不会将 TrueDepth 面部数据用于身份识别、身份认证、用户画像、广告、分析、追踪，或建立面部识别数据库。

4. 面部数据的共享与披露

TrueDepth 面部数据仅在用户设备本地处理。我们不会上传、出售、共享或向第三方披露 TrueDepth 面部数据。

App 当前不使用第三方分析 SDK 来收集 TrueDepth 面部数据，也不会将面部追踪数据传输给广告网络、数据经纪商或其他第三方服务。

5. 面部数据的存储与保留

原始 TrueDepth 面部追踪数值不会作为单独的面部数据文件存储。这些数据仅在相机会话期间临时保留在内存中。

如果用户保存录制内容，导出的视频可能会存储在用户设备本地和系统相册中。保存的视频可能会体现由面部追踪数据驱动的虚拟头像动画效果，但底层 TrueDepth 面部追踪数据不会被保留。

6. 视频和音频的存储

用户录制或导出的视频文件默认存储在用户设备本地。只有当用户主动选择保存时，导出视频才会写入系统相册。App 不会自动上传录制的视频、音频或照片内容到服务器。

7. 儿童隐私

本 App 不会有意收集儿童的个人信息，也不会使用 TrueDepth 面部数据识别儿童或其他用户身份。

8. 隐私政策变更

如果本隐私政策发生变更，我们将在此页面更新内容和日期。重大变更将根据适用要求通过 App 或其他合理方式通知用户。

English Privacy Policy Summary

Face Data and TrueDepth API

We use Apple's TrueDepth and ARKit face tracking APIs to process facial movement information on device, such as facial expression coefficients, head pose, face position, and tracking status. This information is used only to animate a virtual avatar during preview and video recording.

How We Use Face Data

TrueDepth face-tracking information is used only to drive the app's virtual avatar features, including facial expressions, head movement, avatar positioning, transparent avatar rendering, preview, recording, and export of videos with the avatar overlaid on the camera recording.

Face Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not use TrueDepth face data to identify, authenticate, profile, track, or recognize users. We do not create or store Face ID templates, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition profiles. TrueDepth face data is processed locally on the user's device. We do not upload, sell, share, or disclose TrueDepth face data to third parties.

Face Data Storage and Retention

Raw TrueDepth face-tracking values are not stored as separate face-data files. They are retained only temporarily in memory during the camera session. If the user saves a recording, the exported video may be stored locally on the device and in the user's Photos library, but the underlying TrueDepth face-tracking data is not retained.
